How long does it take to do an oil change with filter? I say 20 to 25 minutes. Not the case at Hodges Mazda St. Augustine. My car was taken into the service bays just before 10 am. An hour later I asked for my car back. I was told it was still on the lift. I instructed the adviser to bring my car around regardless of whether the service had or had not been completed. My car was returned 15 minutes later by the dealership’s manager after I told him his dealership “sucked”. Worst service experience at a new care dealer ever! ...
